Introduction to JavaServer Pages (JSP)
(Prerequisites: Introduction to HTML and Introduction to Java Programming or Introduction to C++ Programming or equivalent experience.) With JavaServer Pages (JSP), you can develop platform-independent Web-based applications and dynamic Web pages. This class will guide you through JSP and how Java is used in JSP, including JSP-specific built-in objects, methods, and interfaces. Learn how to use HTML forms and controls such as buttons, images, text, and drop-boxes to get data from Web pages. You'll learn how to create reusable components known as JavaBeans, how to use basic JSP actions and directives, as well as how to track users with sessions and cookies. [Table of Contents]
